Processing Time

All orders require 1 business day of processing before shipment. Tracking information will be sent via email as soon as your order ships.

 

Production Time

• In Stock Rings: Ship after 1 business day of processing.
• Made-to-Order Rings: Production takes 5–7 weeks. Check the product description to confirm if your ring is made-to-order. Production times can vary depending on design complexity or material availability. If you need your ring by a specific date, contact us before ordering to confirm timing.

 

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: Free insured shipping for all EU orders, delivered in 3–5 business days.
• Express Shipping: Available at checkout. Delivered in 1–2 business days via DHL Express .Note: Express shipping applies only to the finished product, not to ring sizers.

 

Insurance & Tracking

All shipments are insured. We fully cover the cost of lost or damaged packages. Tracking numbers are provided for every order.

 

International Orders

We ship worldwide. Shipping is free for customers in the EU, US, Canada, and UK. All duties and taxes are fully covered by us, so there are no extra fees at delivery.

 

Returns & Exchanges

• Exchanges: 30-day window to exchange sizes without any problems. Even engraved rings can be exchanged—there is only a small fee to cover the adjustment and reworking.
• Returns: 30-day window. A return shipping fee of €7.90 will be deducted from your refund. Products must be returned in original condition.
