Warranty policy

All ready-to-ship rings are backed by a free lifetime warranty . This protects you against manufacturing defects. If your purchased ring has a manufacturing defect (chips, breaks, etc.), we'll replace it once, free of charge, provided you provide us with a receipt and a clear photo of the defective ring showing the defect.
Please note that you will be charged for return shipping costs, if applicable.
To initiate the warranty process, simply send an email to monettorings@gmail.com with your order number, your current shipping address, and photos of your ring detailing the issue. We'll promptly address the issue and assist you accordingly!
**Please note : This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (coating), weight gain/loss (resizing), loss or theft and is non-transferable (to the original purchaser only).
