Refund policy

Exchange policy:

During the first 30 days after receipt, you are entitled to ONE free exchange, but only if you are a Monetto Ring member. We will cover the shipping costs for the new ring. If you are not a member, sign up for the newsletter to benefit from free shipping. Reuse the shipping materials we sent you! They must be reused; it's our small contribution to protecting the environment.

Return/refund policy:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your ring and receive a full refund of the purchase price (shipping costs will be deducted from your refund). Please note that you will be charged for the return shipping costs. Please reuse the packaging we sent you! It is intended to be reused as our small contribution to protecting the environment.

 

Refund processing time

Once your return has been approved, it may take up to 3-7 days for your refund to be processed. The exact time may vary depending on your payment provider.

 

Returns, cancellations, and exchanges of engraved and custom-made rings:

We do not accept returns, refunds, order cancellations, or exchanges for engraved or custom-made rings, as these are special products. If your engraved or custom-made ring does not fit, please contact us. For engraved rings, a fee of €40 is charged for size changes.

 

Tips for exchanging

To adjust the size:

if you find that your ring slips on your knuckle but causes redness or bruising, you should choose a half size larger.

To reduce the size:

if your ring generally fits you, but slips off when you perform certain activities, such as washing your hands, you should choose a half size smaller for a better fit.

For the correct size:

if your ring is too big or too small, we have the solution! Simply contact us and we will send you our measuring stick free of charge to find the right size for you.

 

**PLEASE NOTE: All rings must be in perfect condition, unworn, and saleable in order to be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right to charge a damage fee for any rings returned with excessive scratches or other damage.
